Horizon Construction was founded in 1999 by two of its directors (Phil Holding and Steve Tilley) with a passion to create a construction company which was different to others.  We are now celebrating over 20 years of trust in construction solutions and services.

With offices in Colchester and London, employing over 50 people, we operate across a wide range of construction sectors throughout East Anglia, London and South East. 

Having achieved many industry accolades along the way, we have become a leading construction organisation within our markets. Sustained organic growth has led to an annual turnover of circa £25m and projects valued between £500k and £10m.

Our success is due to the exceptional talent and commitment by its people to provide service orientated, high-quality and innovative construction solutions to meet the needs, requirements and challenges of our clients.
