- Pre-commencement issues such as planning consent, value engineering and statutory services co-ordination.
- Work up mechanical and electrical specifications.
- Highways and other statutory approvals for new roads and access.
- Obtain CML (Council for Mortgage Lenders) quotes and certification.
- Co-ordinate and discuss work package with client direct trades.
- Co-ordination of building regulations approvals and associated matters such as BREEAM.
- Assistance with project planning, design and management considerations from the initial concept stage.
