Lucy Fryer

Lucy holds the role of Financial Controller and oversees the operations of the accounts team at Horizon Construction.  She works closely with the board of directors and is an integral part of the key decision-making team.

With over 15 years of accountancy experience, largely within the construction sector, Lucy brings a wealth of financial knowledge and skills to the company which has led to improved reporting and projections.  She has implemented changes, and continues to do so, to financial procedures and controls to enable the sustained and continued growth of the business.

Lucy is also involved in general office management to ensure the administration team meet the requirements of the business, our clients and our employees.

Lucy is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Outside of work, Lucy is either enjoying time with her daughter and family or she is active with CrossFit, sporting competitions and regular exercise.
