Steve Tilley

Steve and Phil Holding founded Horizon Construction (East Anglia) in 1999. Their shared vision and determination to build a reputation for exceptional quality and customer service has been paramount to the success of the company today.

Steve is responsible for the financial and commercial management of the business.  He leads a talented team dedicated to the smooth running, robust and successful delivery of construction projects.  Steve’s wealth of commercial experience in the construction industry ensures that clients have the very best solutions and financial practices to meet their requirements and to overcome any challenges.  This passionate approach to solutions and building long-term relationships with clients has steered the financial growth and success of the business since its inception.

Starting his career as a quantity surveyor working for large building contractors, Steve quickly progressed to senior management positions at a young age.  This foundation and experience equipped him with the desire to create Horizon Construction.

Steve has a BSc in Construction Management and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building.

Outside of work, Steve has no trouble keeping himself busy with general fitness, swimming, cycling, triathlons, sailing, paddle boarding, kayaking and spending time with friends and family.
