A traditional commercial contract to re-build the iconic waterfront Bell Hotel and the construction of three separate residential apartment blocks. The scheme included negotiations with Network Rail, building on a site with limited space and the formation of basement parking within an in-situ reinforced concrete podium section. A high specification of completion to correspond with the associated value of the properties.
