Horizon Construction is delighted to present this award-winning residential construction project. The Signal Yard is located near to the train station in the city centre of Chelmsford, Essex. The project for a longstanding client, South East Property Group, involved the construction of 14 apartments and 3 commercial outlets.
All external and internal works were finished to highly detailed specifications and requirements. Our team successfully managed the restrictions and necessary considerations that an inner-city construction site requires.
This development won the Mixed Use Development Award at the International Property Awards 2020-2021.
