The construction of 11 new residential homes. A variety of different specifications and a combination of two, three and four bedrooms. The project comprised modern construction methods with piled foundations. External works included carports and garages.
Each house consisted of fully fitted kitchens with integrated appliances, tiled ensuite and family bathrooms, fully carpeted areas and acoustic sound reduction glazing.
