Castle Court in Colchester involved the conversion of former offices to create 10 high specification apartments with a mixture of 1 or 2 bedrooms. This residential development enjoys views over Colchester’s Castle Park. The extensive works included the adaption of all existing stairways and installation of balconies. Our team completed this project with restrictions on space and services to facilitate the changes.
