The Silk Mill was the original facility for the world-famous Marconi Radio, and where the Titanic ship’s radio was manufactured. This residential project involved the careful conversion of the premises to six luxury apartments and the creation of a museum facility to Marconi. The project involved working closely with the Local Authority in order to retain and refurbish a number of key design features. We were selected for this project during a highly competitive tender process due to our innovative construction solution and track record of similar projects.
