The Signal Yard, a residential development including 14 apartments and 3 commercial outlets in Chelmsford, has won the Mixed Use Development Award at the International Property Awards 2020-2021.
This is another testament to the commitment our team demonstrate within each and every construction project for our clients. We continuously challenge ourselves to innovate, develop and deliver projects to high standards.
This development is located in the city centre of Chelmsford and close to the railway station on Railway Street. Due to its location, additional factors within the construction project had to be considered and overcome to achieve the requirements and specifications.
