This commercial construction contract involved the refurbishment and conversion of former Paul’s Maltings, which was more recently better known as Hollywood’s Nightclub. The project involved working closely with conservation officers and specialist trades. Sympathetic work was undertaken to revitalise the building to its former glory, exposing features and remnants from its origin to create 30,000 sq.ft. of office space.
