Skyline 120 is located on a busy industrial estate in Braintree. This project created a new office building for a large insurance company.
The construction involved a portal steel frame, RC concrete floors, a composite roof, and a mix of cladding and curtain walling, including brick and tinted glazing. The interior included high specification office space and facilities, glazed screening, lift and a feature staircase. The ground floor space had a shell finish for later development or sub-letting.
