Located on the outskirts of Great Dunmow and with easy access to the A120 and M11, this project provides a new office facility for our client and six industrial units for rental. It also represents the first phase of a larger future scheme.
The units have up-and-over sectional doors, office facilities, and associated WCs. Each unit also has access to dedicated parking.
The construction included a steel frame, cladding, and internal blockwork. The main interior included high-specification offices, glazed screens, and internal finishes.
The project also comprised extensive highway works to permit the use of the industrial units, consisting of service diversions, ditch infills, carriageway widening, and resurfacing.
