The project involved the construction of a single industrial unit for our Italian client BGG UK, forming their first UK presence to facilitate the storage and maintenance area for their diesel powered generator equipment. The construction comprised of steel frame and cladding with a large overhung canopy to allow works to be undertaken outside but under cover. Extensive external works were completed such as attenuation tanks and basins for surface water and a large external yard including a ramped access dock leveller for ease of unloading HGV’s.
