Horizon Construction is delighted to present this project for Holiday Inn Hotel at Braintree, Essex. This was a joint venture contract with Tamdown to construct a timber frame, 77 bedroom hotel for the operator and developer. It was a design and build project with a 40-week construction schedule and with very critical non-completion damages. All construction works were completed on time and the hotel opened in time for Christmas trade.
