Horizon Construction has achieved ISO certification for its management systems in construction. The company is now certified in ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 14001 Environmental Management and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management.
A dedicated team, led by our Construction Director, Matthew Bynoe, was involved in a 6-month initiative to achieve this certification to enhance and externally recognise and benchmark our standards in construction. This collaborative process inside our team, which included a significant contribution from our graduate trainees, now opens up a wider range of exciting new business opportunities.
The ISO certification further demonstrates our commitment to deliver additional confidence in our construction management services. Our team is continuously driven to learn and improve operations to give our clients the best possible service. The ISO framework is an endorsement of our approach, values and mission and vision statements.
Construction Director, Matthew Bynoe, said: “This is a significant achievement, which we are all very proud of. I would personally like to thank the involvement of our graduate trainees who were part of a highly focused team. They showed tremendous enthusiasm and determination in migrating and developing existing standards. The ISO certification will benefit our clients by our continued approach to best practice in service, quality, environmental and health and safety management.”
ISO certification applies to “Horizon Construction (East Anglia) Ltd” within the Horizon Construction Group.
