Project updates

Automotive: BMW and MINI, Hindhead, Surrey

Works are progressing well at our site in Hindhead, building a £7m BMW and MINI showroom and aftersales facility, which is due for completion in August 2020.

Healthcare: Westhill, Dartford, Kent

Our new care home contract in Dartford is progressing well for a new client, Bostal Group, creating a 4 storey, 78-bedroom bespoke care home for mixed-use requirements.

Residential: Chelmsford, Essex

Construction has commenced at Railway Street, Chelmsford, forming 14 flats for a regular client, South East Property Group. The site is very confined and has taken careful planning and coordination in order to commence work.

Healthcare: Fornham, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk

We have commenced works for a long-standing client, Healthcare Homes, to add 17 bedrooms and associated facilities to their care home. Temporary access to the site involved the construction of a 50m long temporary steel deck access road.

Residential: Wix, Essex

We have commenced works on 11 houses in Wix, Essex, for a large Chinese developer, which is their first construction project in the UK.

Completed projects

Residential: Weeley, Essex

We have completed 14 houses of varying size in Weeley, Essex, for NEEB Holdings. The project has been very well received and acknowledged for its high quality, which includes winning an NHBC “Pride in the Job” Award. A drone video by one of the new residents captures the site.

Residential: Brightlingsea, Essex

We have completed 5 4-bedroom high specification contemporary houses on Samsons Road in Brightlingsea for a regular client, NEEB Holdings.

Education: Lyons Hall School, Braintree, Essex

We have delivered a £1.2m extension which was built in a live environment, forming 3 classrooms and associated WC facilities and welfare areas. Requiring very close cooperation with the school and project managers, this project was delivered on time and to budget.

Commercial: The Maltings, Ipswich, Suffolk

We were delighted to be appointed to refurbish and convert the former Paul’s Maltings building, perhaps better known to those locally as Hollywoods Nightclub. The project took almost 18 months to complete and involved extensive demolition and alteration works to create over 23,000 sq.ft of bespoke and very creative office space.
