Horizon Construction presents this high-quality healthcare construction project of Haughgate House in Woodbridge, Suffolk.
The project involved the construction of 15 new bedrooms, commercial kitchen, laundry, assisted bathrooms, welfare space and other associated facilities. Construction works also included a single-storey extension comprising two rooms, developments within the existing grade two listed building and a new two-storey extension built to compliment and match the existing structure.
All works were carried out to a high standard using suitable materials for a building of this nature and located within a Conservation Area. The original building had significant local interest and standing as it was the home of a renowned brewing family, The Cobbold’s, which meant the design and construction works had to be sympathetically considered.
