Maplewood Court Care Home is a bespoke, high specification 72-bedroom care home in the heart of Kent. It is located in Maidstone on the former site of a smaller and dilapidated care home.
Construction works included demolition, site clearance and extensive vibro stone piling to facilitate standard foundations and masonry construction, including RC concrete ground and first floors. The external cladding involved a mix of locally sourced stone, brick and weatherboard. Internally, we worked closely with Oakland Care and their in-house interior designer to create a truly unique care home environment.
