A design and build automotive contract to construct a new dealership and workshop facilities. The works were divided into two areas with a contract to the landowner to construct the shell and to the operator Beadles & Group One to fit out the facility. The works included extensive external works, rooftop parking with ramp access and the requirement to meet demanding high-quality finishes.
